An introductory course covering the collection and analysis of numerical data for decision-making purposes. Topics to be covered include descriptive statistics, measures of central tendency and dispersion, probability, sampling distributions, estimation, hypothesis testing and regression and correlation. This course is equivalent to Math 201; credit will be given for only one of these courses. Sophomore standing required.
