What it means to be a leader and how leaders lead are among the topics covered in this course. Different leadership styles impact effectiveness in different contexts. Understanding personal leadership styles and the impact on others are assessed and explored. Theories of leadership and a variety of assessment tools will be covered. Additional areas of study include the personality of leaders, testing for leadership, methods and evolution of leaders and leadership situations.
