Areas of study include story generation, writing, editing, picture editing, page design, layout, on-screen pagination, production and management. Consideration given to the journalistic responsibilities and problems of serving a diverse audience. Prerequisite: SMAD 210, SMAD 220, SMAD 241 or permission of the instructor.
