The cellular and molecular bases of embryonic processes ranging from fertilization through organogenesis and of postembryonic processes including metamorphosis, regeneration, senescence and reproduction are explored in the primary vertebrate models (fish, frog, chick, mouse, human) and selected invertebrates. Prerequisite: BIO 224.
