Emphasis is placed on areas regulated by the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Federal Labor Relations Board, and the US Department of Labor. Topics include the Fair Labor Standards Act, employee benefits, applicable tort and contract law, and discrimination in employment. Pre: PSHR 6400. Graduate standing.
