One of the major failures of business plans in that they breakdown in the implementation phase. The objective of this course is to provide the student with the knowledge and experience of having to identify those areas in which the plan can fail. The student will design an action plan that shows how to implement the plan inside and outside the organization. The student will present the plan in written and verbal form to the class and then possibly to the organization itself. Pre: MGMT 7001 an all core course including seminars. Graduate standing or consent.
