The philosophical roots of ethics codes are examined, and the practical application of those principles by executives and administrators are analyzed. The course features guest speakers with special knowledge of ethics principles and practices in the business and governmental sectors; these individuals discuss ways of balancing the demands of business with the principles of ethical standards.
