This course includes an overview of strategic planning concepts, contemporary issues faced by not-for-profit organizations, the strategic planning process, and effective implementation methods. Practical techniques are emphasized. Students are required to develop and assess a comprehensive strategic plan for a not-for-profit organization. Pre: Graduate standing or consent.
