In this course, students complete projects based on the assignments and work of professional photojournalists. Students prepare photos digitally as they assemble their own photojournalism portfolio. Students use "throughthe- lens" 35mm cameras that allow manual exposure control and scan their film to convert their photos to digital form. Pre: JOUR 3455 and WRI 1200.
