The major objective is the presentation of the human inhabited biosphere as a system amendable to study and scientific understanding. Pre: ENVS 2000; BIOL 1000 or BIOL 1500, CHEM 1020, ENVS 1020, GEOL 1000, and MARS 1000; or BIOL 2052, CHEM 2052, and GEOL 2000.
