Course includes: discussion of design principles; typography; use of color, layout, and paste-up techniques; printing processes, and paper selection; and theory of visual communication. Numerous publications are produced; however, no prior computer experience is required. Pre: COM 6000, COM 6050, and COM 6400. Graduate standing.
