Topics include the role of nutrition in holistic health and preventive medicine, food and behavior, world hunger, eating disorders, nutrition and fitness, nutritional fads and fallacies, ethics in food manufacturing and advertising, food additives, pesticide residues, and changing nutritional needs during the human life cycle.
