Human Biology is a survey course for non-science majors covering topics such as the scientific method, human evolution, hierarchal anatomical structures (atoms to organs), and the normal physiology of organ systems in humans. Although an emphasis is placed on students' understanding of the non-diseased systems, topics such as AIDS, Cancer, use of supplements, and other environmental impacts are introduced. Pre: None.
