Students will explore the advanced image creation and manipulation software used in the production of publication, digital illustration, and motion graphics. Carefully designed projects will move the student to proficiency in the most widely used software (Illustrator, Photo-shop, Flash, In Design, Final Cut Pro, etc.) while generating a portfolio of sophisticated artwork. Cross listed with DM 330. Prerequisite: ART 111 or 113. (Offered spring semester.)
