Prerequisite: DANCE 190 or consent of Instructor. This course will explore ballet through an understanding of kinesthetic awareness. Developing this concious attention to the body will allow the dancer to learn the difference between effi cient movement and ineffi cient movement, a principle that can be used not only in dance but also in everyday life. (Fall, Winter, Spring)
