This course is part of the Business Management Integrated Emphasis. Students must apply to the program via the Business Management homepage. If they are accepted to the program, the department will register the student for the class. This course will focus on the sell-side aspects of supply chain management. Topics will include customer relationship management, distribution channel communication and coordination, order management, warehouse management, distribution network design, outbound logistics and transportation, and reverse logistics (Fall, Winter, Spring)
