This course is part of the Business Management Integrated Emphasis. Students must apply to the program via the Business Management homepage. If they are accepted to the program, the department will register the student for the class. An overview of all the options available to successfully fi nance new ventures. Financing alternatives are explored including debt fi nancing from venture banks, commercial banks, and SBICs, and equity fi nancing from angels, private placements, venture capitalists, and public equity markets.
