This course is part of the Business Management Integrated Emphasis. Students must apply to the program via the Business Management homepage. If they are accepted to the program, the department will register the student for the class. This course will focus on the buy-side aspects of supply chain management. Students will learn through case studies, scholarly articles, text books, and interaction with supplychain professionals. Signifi cant emphasis will be placed o learning through real-world application. Focus topics include supplier management strategies, supplier relationship management, procurement processes, vendor selection, negotiations, supplier development, E-procurement, and ethics.
