Prerequisite: Arch 100, Const 330 The purpose of Const 400 Advanced Estimating is to help students contemplating a career as an estimator to further gain knowledge and skills required to estimate in building construction. An in depth analysis of estimating methods, fundamental skills, the estimator's responsibilities and computer software applications for construction cost estimates, are covered. Evolving estimating methods will also be introduced. (Fall, Spring)
