Problem solving structure, linear programming, transportation and assignment algorithms, game theory, networks, branch and bound algorithms, dynamic programming, deterministic and stochastic inventory models, markov chains, queueing theory and simulation. Prerequisite: IME 503 or consent of instructor. Not open to students with credit in IME 313 and 314.
