Prerequisite: PTAC 1302 Study of the instruments and instrument systems used in the chemical processing industry including terminology, primary variables, symbology, control loops, and basic troubleshooting. Students will learn to make minor repairs and to interface and communicate effectively with instrumentation technicians and engineers as they maintain the equipment.
