Prerequisite: MUT 1320. A study of advanced material in music theory including mode mixture, neapolitan and augmented sixth chords, and enharmonic modulation. Additionally, half the course focuses on popular and jazz techniques including modes and scales, chord substitution, and simple forms. Taken concurrently with MUT 2330.
