This activity-oriented course serves as an introduction to the fundamentals of various team sports the Physical Education Teacher will be responsible for demonstrating and teaching. The course incorporates discussion, basic skill practice, terminology, rules, safety procedures, and general conditioning. Studentswill utilize the course experiences to become proficient with skills and team sport rules and regulations. This course will also assist in the development of the student's belief towards a life of physical activity.
