Course focuses on the skills necessary to analyze tasks, prepare written and oral guidance for team members to accomplish tasks, and delegate and supervise; to plan for and adapt to the unexpected in organizations under stress; and to examine the importance of ethical decision making in setting a positive climate that enhances team performance. Prerequisite: MSCI 301. Co-requisites: MSCI 351 and 304.
