A study of living organisms in their natural environment, including their biological productivity, their effects on the environment, and its effect on them. Field trips are an essential part of this course. Students should be aware that this course may be physically demanding and may require overnight work and extended periods away from campus. Offered every other fall semester in odd numbered years. Laboratory fee $50.
