Pre-merger planning, organizational change, tax considerations, antitrust problems, legal aspects, accounting procedures and post merger integration. Prerequisites: FIN 303. FIN 414 Public Finance is a three credit course not scheduled during this catalog period but may be offered if student demand is sufficient.
