Three hours lecture. Prerequisites: EDSP 360 and a minimum 2.5 GPA. Addresses administrative aspects of service delivery systems for young children with disabilities or at-risk conditions and their families. Examines legal requirements, funding mechanisms, service coordination, resource acquisition, interagency coordination, integration with peers without disabilities, child fi nd, transition facilitation, professional development, and program evaluation. Includes techniques for working with children, families, educators, related service providers and other human services professionals.
