The course investigates the interaction of color plus its visual and psychological outcome. Students will study the way in which light affects our perception of color, shape and form as well as specialized color systems integral to the reproduction of art and design work. A variety of media are used to explore optical phenomena. (Offered fall term) Required prerequisites: SA 131 Deisgn I and SA 132 Design II.
