3 s.h. A study of some of the therapeutic physical activities of various cultures which contribute to physical, emotional and spiritual health. The course will involve both experiential and theoretical exposure to the activities. Cross cultural comparisons between the activities will be drawn. Examples of therapeutic physical activities are: Tai Chi Chu'an, Yoga, Feldenkrais, Rolfing. Prerequisite: SoS.
