3 s.h. This course will focus on leadership development and the understanding of group dynamics, decision making and proper judgement in a group setting. Students will be exposed to the philosophy of leadership styles and be put into situations where they can examine their own style. This course will be taught both indoors and outside in a variety of environments and settings ( i.e., challenge course, trips, etc.). Prerequisite: SoS.
