Learning, motivation, attitudes, and conflict in terms of implications for management. Research and theory of group dynamics and the application of group behavior in formal organizations. Group membership, norms, conformity, power, structural properties of groups. Prerequisites: MGMT 241 with a grade of "C" or better, ACCT,PACC, and BSEC majors must have 2.0 major GPA, and JrS.
