Includes experiential leadership skills to develop talent for organizations and their employees' skill base on the job, as well as analysis of leadership strategies for addressing specific industry challenges of retention, turnover, and entrant skill levels. Students develop plans for making their organization an employer of choice in the hospitality industry.
