Prereq: sr or perm of director. Culminating element in the program; demonstrated in a senior thesis project that represents mastery of the field and shows analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. Project may take the form of a traditional research paper, a series of comprehensive research papers, or an active field project or experiment. Involves working closely with the instructor to develop the project in detail, carry out the research, and present the project, as well as an active role in assisting with other students' projects. Enrolled students are eligible to participate in the crime scene response program. Sp.
