Topics include legal policy, patient rights, informed consent, contracts, tax and labor law, governmental regulation, accreditation, ethics licensure, and institutional and professional liability. Case studies provide preparation in recognizing legal issues, understanding key viewpoints, and knowing where to obtain additional information and consultation. ISP only.
