Develops knowledge and understanding of drug action, including process of action; rate and mode of absorption; metabolism; excretion; side effects; toxicity; indication; contraindication; and drug interaction and effect on various physiological and chemophysical mechanisms, organs, and systems of the body. Thorough study of all chemical and physical contrast agents used in providing ability and enhancement of the body's physiopathological processes and organ systems, allowing better dynamic understanding and visualization of the organs when performing diagnostic imaging modalities.
