SA 263 - Color Photography

Description:
Students will learn to shoot and print color negative film, how to achieve a correct color balance in the print, subtractive color printing theory, psychological and physiological theories of color perception, using color filters, as well as an introduction to color in digital imaging. Students will work with guidance from the instructor on planning and executing cohesive photographic projects in order to begin finding a primary area of interest or specialization within the photographic medium. Prerequisites: SA 161 Photography SA 162 Photography II or permission of the instructor.
