Examines how psychologists explain the acquisition of racist attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors by individuals and groups. Creatively explores the psychosocial effects of being targeted by racism or prejudice. Special emphasis is placed on solution-oriented strategies for dealing with prejudice and racism.
