Work experience in an engineering technology industry/business setting under the supervision of the director of CETA internship programs and the academic advisor. Objectives and evaluation criteria set by a learning contract with the Office of Experiential Education and Student Employment in the Career Center are required. Prerequisites: Junior standing, except by agreement with the academic advisor, and a minimum of 2.5 GPA. A maximum of 6 credits may be taken as an internship. The number of these credits that may be used as a professional or unrestricted elective, but not as a technical specialty, is to be decided by the academic advisor. Grading is Pass/No Pass.
