This seminar critically examines selected topics in International and Development Administration. Administration is conceptualized and presented in the larger context of public policy-making and management for purposes of national development. Selected elements of the "International Administrative System" are analyzed within the context of their linkage with, and impact on, national development organizations. Emphasis is on developing conceptual tools for the analysis and resolution of problems relating to the administration and management of societal change and development.
