Critical examination of current educational controversies, reform ideas, ethical considerations, legal questions, and administrative problems facing modern American education. Students will compile a detailed professional portfolio in both notebook and electronic formats, a _ve-year professional development plan, a research paper, and will receive evaluation and assessment feedback from faculty on their strengths, weaknesses, accomplishments, and future plans.
