This course is required for students accepted to study abroad through Willamette University. Students will attend pre-departure orientations, complete culture-learning assignments, complete an evaluation, and participate in a re-entry activity. The goal of the course is to prepare and assist the student in maximizing the learning potential of the study abroad experience. NOTE: Cannot take both IDS 102X and IDS 203. Prerequisite: Must be approved by the International Education Committee to study abroad for at least one semester on a Willamette University Sponsored Program.
