Designed to introduce the student to the intellectual issues that transformed Christian theology between the 17th- and 19th-centuries in Europe. The course is not comprehensive, but is selective in investigation of issues and individuals revolutionizing Christian theology during these centuries, e.g., Enlightenment Rationality, Romanticism, Idealism and Christian Existentialism.
