Seniors in the Women's and Gender Studies minor may complete a senior thesis under the direction of a faculty supervisor as the culmination of their Women's and Gender Studies experience. The thesis makes an original contribution to the field of women's and gender studies scholarship, demonstrating high levels of competency in research, analysis, and writing. The thesis must be presented to and defended before the Women's and Gender Studies Council. Prerequisite(s): Minor in Women's and Gender Studies, fourth-year standing, WST 101S, WST 330, a total of 16 elective Women's and Gender Studies credits, and approval of WST Council. Every semester. Credit: 4-8
