This course will require students to study the local, state and national political, social, economic and cultural conditions in the year 1870. Students will also be required to do research on particular people from the period. Students will then spend approximately 70 hours at the Norlands Living History Center where they will "live" in the year 1870. Every Semester. Credit: 2
