Texts chosen from the works of writers such as the Brontes, the Brownings, Carlyle, Dickens, George Elliot, Gaskell, Hopkins, Christina Rossetti, and Tennyson. Prerequisite(s): ENG 100, ENG 181 and either ENG 251H or ENG 252H, or permission of instructor. (Pass/Fail option) Every two years. Credit: 4
