This course will focus on the leadership challenges facing social sector organizations. Its goals are to explore the crucial determinants of superior leadership performance in social enterprises and to examine effective social enterprise organizational models and management practices. A principal objective of the course is to examine the skills required to lead successful organizations dealing with critical challenges facing societies around the world.
