Human and technical sides of work are examined through a behavioral analysis and a survey of analytical decision making techniques. The theory and application related to management in the global business environment and topics, including strategic planning, organization structure and design, motivation, nature of leadership, and entrepreneurship are studied and analyzed through out the course.
