Intermediate ballet movement, technique, vocabulary, and musicality are developed through this course. Class includes movement work at the barre, stretching, center floor, traveling, and traveling combinations. Work is explored in different tempos and styles. This course includes body conditioning with an emphasis on placement and the basic fundamentals of ballet technique. A studio format is used. Prerequisites: Music theatre major and HTD 110-111, or permission of instructor.
