A capstone course for the entrepreneurial studies major. Examines crucial facets of selfemployment ventures. Students develop a business plan for launching and maintaining an independent enterprise. Students also assess their own skills and interests to compare with the successful entrepreneurial profile. Case analysis and classroom discussion deal with a variety of problems at different stages of a new venture. Prerequisites: AC 410, FIN 484, MGT 314, and MKT 325; or permission of the instructor.
