Emphasis will be placed on obtaining a better understanding of the problems associated with operations planning and control. Topics include information systems and databases for operations planning and control, forecasting, aggregate planning, master scheduling, inventory control and resource requirements planning, and operations control and scheduling. Prerequisite: MGT 320.
